RESEARCH, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Libby Byrd, who works for a local payday loan company, said she came to Saturday’s talks to get the other side of the issue. The Montgomery County branch of the NAACP held a forum on payday and title loans titled “Keys to Economic Success” on Saturday, July 25, 2015, at the Dexter King Memorial Legacy Center in downtown Montgomery.
